Terms and conditions

By booking or renting a vehicle from Doulzhenexotics, you agree that:

• You meet all age, license, identification, payment, and insurance requirements.
  

• Rental payments and security deposits are due as agreed; deposits may be applied to eligible charges.
  

• Late payments or unauthorized extensions may result in additional fees and termination of the rental.
  

• You must immediately report accidents, damage, theft, or mechanical issues to us and authorities when required.
  

• You are responsible for vehicle damage and related costs to the extent permitted by the rental agreement and Florida law.
  

• Gig work, including DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, Lyft, or courier services, requires prior authorization and appropriate insurance.
  

• Vehicles may use GPS tracking for security, maintenance, and recovery; tampering is prohibited.
  

• Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle, and prohibited or illegal use is not permitted.
  

• Vehicles must be returned on time, to the agreed location, and in the required condition.
  

• By checking “I Agree,” you accept these Terms and the applicable Vehicle Rental Agreement.
