You meet all age, license, identification, payment, and insurance requirements.

Rental payments and security deposits are due as agreed; deposits may be applied to eligible charges.

Late payments or unauthorized extensions may result in additional fees and termination of the rental.

You must immediately report accidents, damage, theft, or mechanical issues to us and authorities when required.

You are responsible for any vehicle damage during the preiod of your rental

Gig work, including DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, Lyft, or courier services, requires prior authorization and appropriate insurance.

Vehicles may use GPS tracking for security, maintenance, and recovery; tampering is prohibited.

Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle, and prohibited or illegal use is not permitted.

Vehicles must be returned on the agreed time and agreed upon location.
